coi-serviceworker is a service worker that injects Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy: same-origin and Cross-Origin-Embedder-Policy: require-corp response headers. This enables SharedArrayBuffer, which is required by the Wasmer WebAssembly SDK used to compile and run C++ code directly in the browser on C++ article pages. The file is served statically and is not modified.
